If you are using outside providers, it is the clients responsibility to get from camp to these providers and their responsibility to ensure they are an accredited provider and all safety issues are assessed.
- Camp leaders are responsible at all times for the health, welfare and behavior of their campers, even when a Camp Wilkin staff member is running a program. Camp leaders are responsible for the first aid of your campers at all times and must supply own first aid equipment, even when camp staff runs an activity.
- Baptist Camping Victoria staff are happy to assist you at anytime and should be notified of all first aid assistance while at Camp.
- Baptist Camping Victoria staff are happy to come to your school to discuss your particular requirements, or run an information session prior to camp, to help set program themes, or simply to reassure parents as to where their children are going on camp and who will be looking after them!
